Wiztrail is an endeavor is to stimulate fundamental skills like creativity, empathy, morality, social, analytical, problem solving, communication & public speaking.
Studies suggest that over the last couple of decades, while the IQ scores of participants have risen, creative thinking scores have significantly decreased. In the race to offer technical skills, traditional education does not sufficiently value innovative and entrepreneurial thinking and most times even end up numbing the creative genius that we are born with.
Yet, creative skills and mindsets are indispensable in a workforce that must be responsive to change and capable of finding new solutions to complex problems. The World Economic Forum has also identified complex problem solving, critical thinking, creativity, people management and coordination as the top 5 skills that will be required by the workforce of tomorrow. The usefulness of these skills is not just limited to the job market and would come in handy in most facets of this journey called “life”.
Wiztrail is an humble attempt to bridge the obvious mismatch between the skills that our education systems nurture and the apparent needs of our society.
Our Vision & Mission
A superior society where every individual gets to exercise “Free Will”.
Free Will in our parlance is not just an ability to make decisions but an ability to process information, express thoughts, understand & respect perspectives and take rational decisions within the constraints of law of land, rules and environment. In our parlance, Free Will is about understanding, debating and breaking the legacy paradigms. Some of these paradigms were potentially set up for valid reasons but over a period of time, we have either lost the true essence of those perspectives or have completely changed the interpretations for the convenience and benefit of select few.
Each of our program is carefully crafted by a team of psychologists with a common mission to promote below skills that are unfortunately being cold shouldered by most education systems:
- Creativity
- Morality
- Empathy
- Critical thinking
- Social
- Communication and public speaking
- Analytical and problem solving
